Work on getting to Cherrygrove first. The bento box and trail mix in your bag has to last you three days, since that's how long it takes to get to the city. I can see about someone travelling with you and picking you up from there.

Don't worry about feeding your pokémon. They can eat the berries around the path and take care of themselves that way.

Don't eat the berries yourself. They're fine for pokémon but poisonous to people.

I'm sending you a guide now. Read it when you can, but just focus on getting to Cherrygrove.
