[A beaming smile can be seen on camera before it is replaced with a view of badges- all eight from the Johto region, in fact. After they linger there for a moment, the case gets closed up and put away, as Naruto turns the PokeGear to focus properly on himself.]

I just got the last badge here! That means I'm half way done already, and just in time! Me and Sakura-chan are probably gonna head to that Kanto place after the party. Is it any different to being here? Any cool pokemon we've gotta look out for?

[And speaking of the pokeprom:]

Everyone's going tomorrow, right? To that party! You should- I went last year and we had loads of fun!

[ Should have thought it through. Sakura is always going to be like this even in her own home. In fact, she just might be more of a slacker with the expectation that someone she lives with will pick up after her instead!!! ]

And we can have spare rooms, Y'know, in case someone like Sasuke comes back?

I dunno. But since Itachi's not here anymore, maybe he would?

[Also it would very much depend on what state sasuke is in if he ever came back. Whether he wanted anything to do with them or not.]

It would be pretty fun though if he did, don't you think?

[ It'd be nice overall really. Being able to watch over both of the boys who were lacking in family experience for most of their lives and taking care of them.

... but taking care of boys, on the other hand, is super gross. They're so messy............................ ]

Then it's settled! We're gonna get a house in Kanto some day and if Sasuke ever comes back, he's staying with us!

Um. Whatever the easiest gym is! The lowest level, I mean. That's where you've gotta start, right?

Do I have to start somewhere that's not going to be a challenge for you?

[ Doesn't need anymore reminders on how behind she is. ]

My Pokemon are all really strong, none of 'em are gonna be a challenge for me!

[He thinks.]

Really? Have you become that great of a trainer while I was away, Naruto?

[ MIGHT ACTUALLY BE IMPRESSED. ]

Yeah, I did! A lot of my Pokemon are 100 now, even some of the ones we caught together!

[punches]

[ That's a lot of work to catch up, but she's already thinking of a way around it. Maybe if she visits the foster home and picks up a couple of powerful Pokemon. ]

Maybe you just need to challenge yourself with a completely new team or something. Oh, we can always go on a hunt for a rare Pokemon too. Those exists, you know.

You mean like catch some pokemons together and raise them as our main team instead? [That sounds kinda fun.]

Together?

[ That's kind of sweet of him to say, especially since he has so many while she doesn't have a whole box full herself. ]

It could be fun, yeah? I bet they'd work really well if we trained them alongside each other.
